Our 2007 Pinot Noir was sourced here at Plaisaince Ranch where gravelly, well-drained soils produce wines that are rich and dense with firm tannins and rich fruit. Aged for 18 months in a combination of new French and American oak to ensure true expression of the fruit character.
Wine note: Fruity, violet nose with hints of red raspberry, and strawberry. Its soft, velvety texture gently caresses the palate with a delicate and refined finish.
