Organic Beef

Plaisance Ranch has been a working ranch since 1858, and today we raise USDA certified Organic, 100% grass fed and finished, free range beef cattle along side the wine. No hormones, no antibiotics, just delicious grass fed beef.

Having a bottle of wine and a steak grown, produced and raised on the same property is an experience to appreciate.
